各种色彩的单车,就像雨后的春笋一般,但如今大部分“难以生还”。为什么会出现这种情况?共享经济未来发展的道路究竟如何?高二1班的演讲团队给出了他们的思考和想法。
Hello everyone, I am Li Jingjing, a high school student from class one grade eleven. The theme of my speech today is The Future of Bicycle Sharing.
融资的共享单车也越来越多,行业里似乎是达成了一定的默契,纷纷争先恐后,唯恐自己一旦慢了,就会被这个时代所抛弃。很多投放共享单车的公司,就像飘过的云彩一般,洒下一片共享单车,不论其“生死”,只负责不断的投放。“随走随停”的口号,在现在看来,这其中似乎是带着一丝讽刺的意味。相比小区楼下自行车安安静静的呆在自己的车棚里,共享单车似乎显得有点“随心所欲”。只要哪里能够停下一辆自行车,它就会出现在哪里。市场的混乱,监管的不力,造成最直接的后果就是,共享单车的随处可见,占用大量的公共资源。

共享单车最大的敌人,并非行业竞争对手,而是用户。有句话说的好:单车要共享,使用权大于所有权。但是从行业现状来看,越来越多的共享单车是被用户有意损坏的,而非客观条件丧失功能,这就导致平台很被动,用户很随意,前期入场者为用户买单交了学费,后期入局者体量跟不上无法生存。
共享单车能否持续健康发展,根本保障是建立在民众自律意识与强有力管理基础上而形成的使用秩序,否则共享单车带来的社会效益就会大打折扣。

所以说,共享经济能够取得稳定健康的发展,实现良好的共享生态需要他律与自律相互结合,他律可以说是外在的约束力,自律是人本身对自己的行为进行约束的能力。在享受一定服务的同时,必须遵守相应的规则,这就要求共享的参与者具有良好的道德修养和法律素质,通过自律实现“欲求己方便,先与人方便”,也就是说,自律本身就应包含在共享的理念之中。在现实生活中,人们多于习惯他律,而共享经济的发展需要人们从习惯他律转变为主动自律,提升自身道德层次,主动构建良好的共享生态氛围。

其实自律真正落实到我们生活中就是在正确的年纪做正确的事情。“一日之计在于晨”,大声朗读出晨读材料是自律;全神贯注上好每一堂课是自律;踏踏实实完成课后作业是自律……当我们真正做到这些点点滴滴的事情时,我们同时也影响了其他人,他律行为的发出也是我们自律的本身,这何尝不是一举两得的事情?
虽然共享单车是出行便捷的交通工具,但随着单车市场的趋向饱和状态,其潜在的问题也逐渐显现出来。为此,我有以下几点建议:第一,出台管理共享单车的细则;第二,在日常生活中进行宣传,给每一个人普及文明使用单车的知识,再用行动影响他人;第三,供应商要根据用户的实际需求来投放单车数量,减少过多或过少的问题。用户应规范自己的行为,提高爱惜单车、文明停车的意识。用户可进行互相监督,开启随手拍活动,积极曝光不文明骑车行为。
共享经济的美好,正在于它让我们学着在心中给别人留出位置。表面上是与他人共享物品,更深层的需求是分享经历、交换感受。真正的共享精神并不计较利益、时间,“做人最重要就是开心”恰恰道出了共享精神的真谛。
共享单车虽然很便民,但使用起来更需要文明。只要大家秉承“人人为我,我为人人”的理念,共享单车,就是一种共享文明。世界有了人类才有了未来,没有人类仅仅叫将来。共享单车有了我们才有了未来。就像升旗仪式开始时,其中一位主持人骑着共享单车到来一般。车始行,需搀扶;车始行,需君搀扶。

The world has a human being to have a future, and no human being is only a future. Sharing the bicycle has us to have a future.
